The complex consists of 12 residential houses, each of them has 2 floors,
1st floor - toilet, living space, kitchen,
2 floors - two bedrooms and one shared toilet.

Kokhta is a ski resort in the municipality of Borjomi (community of Bakuriani), located on the northern slope of the Trialeti ridge, 1640 meters above sea level.
The Kokhta resort was opened on December 27, 2015. It is located 5 kilometers from Bakuriani and 35 kilometers from Borjomi.
Ski slopes. The resort has two cable cars - seating for 6 people with a rolling tracking system - with an intermediate station.
